We at ROMAN SAVELL want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return/exchange the UNUSED item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Returns
We will refund the purchase price minus shipping charges ,typically within one week of the receipt of the returned item.

Exchanges
Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order by UPS ground at no additional cost.

Here is what you need to do:
E-mail customerservice@romansavell.com for a return authorization # and return shipping address. We will refuse any items without it.  Pack the bag securely with a copy of your invoice and write the return authorization # on the exterior of the box. Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using a delivery service of your choice.

*Please note that no refunds or exchanges will be granted after the 7 day period has been exceeded. Returns and exchanges are up to the discretion of Roman Savell and are accepted provided the item is returned in it’s original condition.
